Melony Shennan

Certified Pilates Instructor

"Pilates makes a person stronger, more flexible, and confident in their body in all aspects of life! And we have fun doing it!"

Melony is certified in Classical Pilates Method. She has been trained in Pilates for Pregnancy, Pilates for Golfers, as well as teaching Pilates for fitness and rehabilitation. Melony fell in love with Pilates early in her professional life and wanted to share her passion with others of all ages. Throughout 20 years of teaching, she has seen Pilates change the lives of many of her devoted clients.

 
 

Rebekah Fisher

Rebekah is currently working on her Pilates certification through Balanced Body. She has been a student of Classical Pilates for 15 years. She has found that Pilates allows her body to function at its best. Low back pain from the physical demand of caring for small children led her to Pilates. She discovered that not only did the exercises alleviate her pain, but they helped prevent further injury and increased her stamina. In addition she has found Pilates to be essential to her mental well being. The breathing and focus required in Pilates are great for stress relief along with the endorphins that come from a good workout. Rebekah would love to help you discover the many benefits Pilates has to offer.
